To apply for a loan, you can call Video Banking (use the button in the bottom corner of the site) during regular business hours, come into a branch, or simply start uploading required documents to Docusign.
You do not have to be an HRCU member to apply for a loan, but you do have to be a member in order to receive said loan.

HRCU does not offer Student Loans, but we do offer personal loans.
To get pre-approved for a loan, you need to complete a loan application. If you want to see if you’ll get pre-approved before we do a hard pull of your credit score, you can do a free, one-on-one Credit Check Plus session.
There are many options for paying on your HRCU loan. You can:
- Set up auto-pay through Online Banking
- Ask HRCU to set up an automated payment when your payroll comes in
- Pay by cash or check in any HRCU Branch OR any Co-Op Shared Branch
- Use electronic Bill Pay

- Call Video Banking
- Call HRCU and do a payment over the phone, but there will be a charge as disclosed in the fee schedule.
No. The credit bureau does not allow us to give out copies of the report. You can request a free copy of your credit report by visiting AnnualCreditReport.com.
Because the federal government requires that each of the three national credit-reporting agencies--Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion--gives you a free credit report every year, consider staggering the receipt of each of your credit reports. That way, you'll get a continuous picture of how your credit picture looks, because the three bureaus feed each other the latest information. You'll also be able to clean up errors as you find them (because errors can drag down a credit score) and you'll also keep an eye on identity theft.
