There is only a fee for a replacement card.
The terms “debit card” and “check card” mean the same thing. A debit card withdraws money from your checking account as a check does; therefore, it debits your account. It can also withdraw money from your savings account, if you have it set up that way when you ask for a card. It can be used to make purchases at any retail establishment that displays the VISA logo.
Please refer to our Electronic Fund Transfers Agreement and Disclosure for the most up-to-date information.
There is no charge for making a purchase with your VISA check/debit card.
If you believe your debit/credit card has been lost or stolen, call the credit union immediately (816-221-2734). If the call needs to be made outside of normal business hours, you can call 844-454-1311.
International usage fees will be charged by VISA.
CVV stands for Card Verification Value (or Code) and is a 3 or 4-digit security number found on credit/debit cards. Used primarily for online or phone transactions ("card-not-present"), it verifies you have the physical card, helping to reduce fraud and prevent unauthorized purchases.
